. Think they are a general mix and it seems to work well - am having a slug of rosehip syrup every morning when I get up to ward off winter colds.
In your location I doubt there are many frosts,bung them in the freezer overnight & then let thaw naturally before cooking,improves flavour & reduces cooking time that way
bit chilly for here.
