lait condense? (with accent on last e)

prob doesn't mean the same thing though!

Just checked my Mega-dictionary and it says I was right, lol. Or it can also be lait concentre sucre (again need accents).

ooh might have some of that in the cupboard if OH hasn't half inched it. Will add the ingredients to the shopping list for the weekend's baking extravaganza!

If you wanted a variation on the theme, you could use Golden Syrup instead.....

It's got to be better than Ferrero Roche at Crimbo!

I would have agreed with you, BUT. Have just had a bottle of red, and FR are really hitting the spot. Have they changed the recipe? I used to hate them, but not any more. Yummm.

Nope.........it's the red, it can put a red mist over the sensory bits that control taste in the brain!

I made the bounty balls with dark and milk choccie and have boxed them up for pressies for the childminder and teacher. Just hope they like coconut.....

OH and me thought they were delicious. In fact I had to make more as the first lot mysteriously vanished!

I remember making these in Home Ecs...and that was a while ago. I was meant to take them home for the family, but if I remember correctly I ate nearly all of them on the short 30 second walk home.

Addictive!! I'm definitely going to make some of these for crimbo!
I love to talk about nothing. It's the only thing I know anything about!!
