Please help me out here folks....
We were sent a box of grapefruit and oranges from Israel at Xmas.
The flavour is just SOOOO different!
Anyway- the oranges are all gone , but we have a selection of green, pink and normal grapefruit, all of which I know will taste lovely, but we're not too good with the acidity of grapefruit ( esp as I'm also trying to serve rhubarb as often as possible before the '08 batch is ready to pick!!!

I don't really want to make marmalade, so does anyone have any recipies they can recommend ( other than half a grapefruit with a cherry on top
