Hate porridge yuk yuk yuk! HOwever my children LOVE it so I make it for them frequently. I make it on the stove with milk (microwaved looks even yuckier) and usually add a dollop of whatever fruit compot/ puree I have in the fridge or some mashed up banana mixed in!

Nope, dont do porridge! Plain and simple cornflakes for me, or weetabix.

You all got me going about this so much that I had porridge this morning! I really fancy Jacob's version with the muesli though. Might have to get some and try this.

I love porridge. Half water, half milk. It's one of the few things I have sugar with. I love that "crunchy" coating on the top . I also prefer it with full fat milk but don't usually buy it because it would go off before I used it all.

Mmmh, I might make meself some when I get home. It would fill a gap before I go out to the Climate Change meeting.

I have porridge made with water and a splash of milk and just a little salt.Keeps me going for a while but I find it doesn't have much "mileage" in it,or perhaps I'm just a pig, starving by mid-morning!

1 measure of oats to 2 measures of water and left in the pan to soak overnight. Boiled on the stove and served with a teaspoon of honey.

Love porridge, and have it with either sugar, honey or salt depending on how I feel that morning.

My husband just loves the instant satchets too and he's been eating porridge all his life - but just the plain ones.

mixture of normal organic porridge oats and rude health vitality porridge 50/50. 1 dried date chopped up into tiny bits and about 8 raisins. tiny bit of milk at first then add water slowly until you cant add any more in. im a bit fussy about my porridge!
