how yummy! love garlic and cheese and chives in my mash...oh and cream and butter with cheese on top browned under the grill! mmmmmm, will try out the link thanks oh and shallots are luvvvvvly

Sounded lovely, so i tried it. But in opening my fridge door a jar or Horseradish sauce with double cream was starring at me, had to add it. Gave it a real bith of wow power!!!
