I�ve just dug up the last of the Parsnips, there are too many to use fairly quickly so any ideas as to what I can do with them.

I've just chopped mine into roastable pieces and frozen raw. They roast fine from the freezer and are great for just adding to a classic pan with a joint & spuds or roast veg. Boring but practical!!Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/Comment

PP, that's not boring... I love roast parsnips And actually, I am guessing you can use frozen parsnips for that cake too!
