Sent OH to water stuff in the allotment GH this morning, who proudly returned home with a couple of pounds of green chillies (jalapenos) he had �found� on the plants 
We don�t have any freezer space at present, and won�t get through more than a handful fresh.
Can the green ones be dried?
Or does anyone know any other means to store them?

I like the vinegar to have a hint of sweetness, same with my beetroot! I'll often use some clear vinegar - just cos I prefer the look and because I will then use the vinegar in salad dressings.
