    Hmm, I did wonder myself ^^^ I put oil in the foil or they stick...I also add herbs, garlic and balsamic vinegar. I just think they cook quicker in foil as the steam helps.

    Does your friend just wrap in foil with nothing else?

      You bake bread or a cake but don't wrap it in foil

      Roast a chicken but not in oil / fat (although I suppose it has its own.)

        So...ha!.....I'm confused now!
        She said just wrap in foil like you would a jacket potato in a bonfire!
