Most of the "dried" banana's you buy from health food shops (The hard ones which are super delicious) are actually deep fried.

A good low fat pud is chunks of banana in dessert bowl drizzled with orange juice, fresh or carton, then blitzed in the micro until banana softens and served with low fat creme fraishe. As I have a sweet tooth I add a sprinkling of low/no cal sweetener.

I am also a fan of bananas fried in butter and golden syrup and sesame seeds - not low cal, obviously!

Make a quick smoothie with your bananas - add apple, orange and some Greek yoghurt then whiz up in a blender

Slit the banana lengthwise (still in its skin) insert a row of squares of plain chocolate then bake in the oven until the choc has melted and the skin has gone black. D.I.V.I.N.E.
