Have made herby tomato and potato soup, tomato and onion salsa, plum jam, blackberry jam, apple jelly and frozen batches of peas, brocolli and white turnip. Never thought of freezing mash but have some damaged potatoes and also some small ones that i will get working on. Also planning on making green tomato chutney. All in all, am pleased with my crops this year but theres always room for improvement.

The herby tomato and potato soup sounds nice. Do you fancy posting the recipe?
