Hi, i'm just making a batch of marmalade but on closer inspection the sevilles I bought have a lot of blemishes on them. Will they be ok to use?

Shouldn't matter. If the idea of the blemished bits in the finished marmalade bothers you, tie them in a 'muslin' (or substitute) so they can be taken out just before you add the sugar.
