Hi all, years ago I used to make my own wine and had a great recipe book.As well as using fresh fruit it also had very easy recipes using cartons of fruit juices from supermarket.I have been thinking of making my own wine again but sadly got rid of book long time ago.Would anyone know of a simlar book that is available?

This site is quite useful, it has a fruit juice recipe which I've made and is maturing in my cupboard at the moment.

I agree with the ladies above that the "first steps" is the way to go.
Canned and dried fruit by cjj berry is often on Ebay.Although there are none just now, there has been 2 sold in the last fortnight. You'll get it for no more than £5 delivered(probably about £3).

Reply to Heated mat for Tom's and chilliesby raryI use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite, the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
