What stage of fermentation is it at Headfry?

I have not racked it yet Shirley. It is planned for Sunday! It is still working really well!

If it is still working it is probably just yeast residue on the top. Don't rack until it has slowed right down.

              scum !!

hopefully this is just fruit pulp that was included in the brew. Yeast usually drops to the bottom. Could be worth racking now as this would give you the excuse to taste it.
If it is sour/tart then it may have gone to viniger but it sounds like you have kept it under air lock so probably not.
But racking it will keep it free from taste contamination.
