    Cider "tops" was half an inch of lemonade on the top of the cider and you sipped the scrumpy though it.Weren't considered a "local" till you could drink it neat though.

      Good morning all....the apples and pears will soon be ready to play with...but be warned not to be taken lightly....I have brewed some real strong cider and PERRY.....no not pear cider.....the word is PERRY an alcahol from pears...hmmm
