    Hi Nige69,

    How did it go last year? Like you I looked on the internet and quickly found about 8 recipes that roughly seemed to fall in to 2 recipe groups, the high sugar high elderflower content River Cottage type recipe and then the rest which use just under half the sugar and a third of the elderflower heads.

    I made my first 2 days ago using virtually the RC recipe. Based on feedback here I think I will leave it untill it stops bubling (2 weeks?) and then put in carbonated water bottles with a bit of sugar and then leave for a further two weeks.
