bugs on grapevines

there are strange bugs on only 1 of my grapevines, there a alot of ants also on this particular vine, they look like miniture tiny tiny snall like things, when i scrape them off they go into a white powderery format. any idea what this could be?

Are your grapevines in a greenhouse or outdoors? And whereabouts are you?

Well ants like to "farm" aphids, so you've probably got some of those. Squish them in your fingers and rinse with a watering can. Once the aphids are gone, the ants will lose interest.
