Thank goodness, I was starting to wonder when this drought was ever going to end. It must have been at least a whole day since it rained last.

Absolutely chucking it down here!!Have had a few gloriously sunny days though so suppose shouldn't grumble!!(Even if we did have a picnic planned to celebrate the last day of the hols!!

I was woken by loud thunder claps at 6.30am only three loud ones then the heavens opened by 7.30 the sun was shinning by 9am most of the puddles were gone and now you'd think it was summer!! Awaiting a snow storm to arrive next

It was that bad round here I was DREAMING about being in a storm. I was out in the woods and sheltering in a thicket. Then I woke up to my Purry Furry Thing doing the Simon's Cat thing. God it was hard to get out of bed this morning!!!!!!

Can't tell the difference between the sea and rainfall areas...they look the same shade of blue- does that mean we're in for several fathoms of rain on Friday then???

At least it will melt any frost we're supposed to have on Thursday night!
