  • New Forumite!

Hi everyone, newbie forum member. I'm hooked on growing, especially chilli's - the hotter the better!!!
I've just acquired my own allotment so plenty of work to go at, but hopefully will be picking up plenty of hints and tips from you all.

    Speak soon no doubt

Wellcome, there are several dedicated chilli growers here so you will feel at home. I am starting to appreciate these plants and have just grown one this year but next year my empire will expand.

        Welcome to the vine.

I'll be trying chillis for the first time next year with my free packet of seed from GYO magazine, got any tips?

Up to now I only grow chilli's indoors mate. I currently have 4 Cayenne chilli plants still producing plenty of fruit! They sit on the kitchen window ledge, so get enough sun throughout the day. I give them a good glug of tomato feed every week. Hoping to get a good polytunnel on the allotment for the start of spring and really try and harvest a boat load of chilli's, in different varieties

Hi Cobra and welcome I'm not really a chilli fan - but I am one of the resident nutters. I'm sure that's relevant somehow
