  • Hello from Lowestoft!

I'm viewing an allotment plot tomorrow after being on the waiting list for 2 years so am really excited. I did have an allotment before many years ago so I am a bit out of practice so I will be seeking a lot of advice on how to prepare the plot for spring planting and how to grow stuff!

Welcome to the madhouse Becky, I'm sure with the help of all the Grapes & Nutteraters, you'll get there.

        Hello Becky and welcome
We're not all Nutty although it may seem like it at first glance
Good luck with the plot you've been offered

Shame, I'm south side near Fen Park. I was hoping we might bump into each other. Good luck with your plot.

Well it is a 10 rod eeek, but the gentleman who is moving plots is doing so gradually so I can do a little bit at a time and break myself in slowly! He has paid for it for the year already and it has a shed and greenhouse which he is going to leave there! Needs a bit of work but as he clears I can start to prepare ready for growing next year!
