      I missed that thread otherwise I'd have them in my sticky mitts now instead of having to wait until early next week.
      I nearly bought the bread one last week so I'm glad I waited and went for this one instead.

            I have most of the books anyway, so not really worth me buying the offer.....but I would recommend them to anyone who hasnt tried them....the preserves, cake and herb books are brill!!

                              Paperback, VVG but in a slipcase. Don't think they do this series in hardback.

                              The plant alongside is the "free" pink Blueberry offered with this month's GYO!

                                Anyone ever tried growing their own ginger?

                                I'm having a go and have followed an instructional video on YouTube about it. I picked a lump of root out of the supermarket with "eyes" on it, little buds that then expand and burst to form the long stemmed leaves.
