Mrs Nog decided that I needed to put all the plants that were hardening off on the patio...in the greenhouse as it was raining.....this was at 7am.

As I didn't get up at once to do it she did it for me.

At 4pm she says that she hasn't seen no 2 cat all day.

I go and have look in the garden and find cat locked in greenhouse.

Cat has decide that it is one of those hamster balls cos he had run round it like a wall of death. Seperating Plants from soil leaving it all in a pile in the centre.

Luckily in this house MrWix and myself are both incapable of morning lucidity, so asking for a job to be done at that time would be a waste of breath on either side!

I don't understand why you would put plants inside during the rain. If they've been out till 7 am. a drop of rain will do them good. Saves watering them - or the cat destroying them!

Remember, never ask a woman to choose between you or the cat as it will always always be the cat.

                            Definately!

My cats have trained me to leave a cosy bed for them in one corner of the greenhouse, and a bowl of fresh water - just in case. If they're happy they won't want to leave, and therefore won't destroy your plants! Don't forget to check if they're in there at feeding time though. They don't like to miss dinner!
A good beginning is half the work.
Praise the young and they will make progress.
