I like to think most things in life have a purpose on the earth, "I know an old lady who swallowed a fly..." and all that, but I've been wracking my brain to work out what the purpose of the pigeon is.
For many years I kind of fealt sorry for the pigeon - nobody really likes them. I don't hate them per se - (not like I hate bladdy flies that hover round your face anyway), but can someone explain the point of a pigeon to me? As I see it they serve no other purpose but to annoy people - pooing on their cars/heads/anything that sits still long enough, they cause damage to crops, they fly up at cars because they're too stupid to move sooner, but don't seem to do anything good...
If one is to believe that we are reincarnated in the afterlife, I hate to think what pigeons did in a former life.

.A lot of the older boys at lottie are constantly moaning that the council have stopped them from being able to shoot them on plot..think like most sites we totally plagued by the bu***rs,&no matter how well i think i net my greens in they still find a way in!
