Yes, thick fog hangs over us again ... that's 6 days now.

The rest of the country is basking in sunshine, apparently.

Sorry to read that TS. I would send you some of our sunshine but I am worried it would forget to come back (like the last two years)
    Happy Gardening,

I'm sick of the energy draining hayfever - and apparently it's going to be hot here - still not as hot as it was in New York thankfully.

I'd send you some too.Not much fun from the sunshine if you're stuck at work for 12 hours(+another 2 for driving).Every day I come from work-garden is bone dry,I water it until midgies chase me inside and next day is the same story.Eveything is growing like mad but I haven't got the time to enjoy it,just a quick inspection...

Aww...if it makes you feel better, we have rain today. It showered last night and it's raining now...

...but it's quite welcome after yesterday's sunshine. Sorry...

We've had morning and evening fogs and until today, just a humid overcast in the day. Himself suffers from hayfever (sad for a mad whose hobby is botany!) and today is off work with a very red throat and an allergic 'flu' type thing.

Sun's shining now but it's still hazy.

Can I suggest you let things thaw a bit first?

We went to Felixstowe last night as a birthday treat for Daisy. We left a scorching hot Ipswich & entered a freezing cold(OK very chilly)and thick with fog Felixstowe. The chap selling icecreams said it had been like it all day!
After less than an hour on the beach our hair was really wet from it.
Hope it picks up for you & any other coasties soon!
