  • Rustylady has returned

Hello everyone, I've finally got a new computer and a BROADBAND connection. Finally installed today after I re-routed my phone cable (been waiting for number one son to do it for 18 months so decided to do it myself. Complete doddle, apart from the fact that the person who put the socket in originally had nailed it to the wall;!!!! There's me on my hands and knees, specs on, looking at the "screws" to try and see whether they were phillips or straight (even used the maglight) and then realized they were nails. Don't ask how I got them out - lets just say son was right when he said I do BIY not DIY.

Talktalk, they were offering a really good deal and I already had my calls with them. Now got line rental, broadband and most calls for around £17per month. Missed talking to all of you - it'll take me ages to catch up.

Welcome back....you've not missed much. Some veg grew. Some slugs nibbled some other veg. Some jam was made.

Other than that, same old same old.

Hope you are ok, it's good to see you back.

Well, it's good to see you RL - I was thinking about you just the other day and meant to ask your DD how you are, but the moment passed, I'm afraid.

Pull up a plant pot and get stuck in, lass.
