We've had rain every day for over 2 weeks now.

OH bought me a swanky long handled hose nozzle thingie so I don't have to bend so much. In a month I have used it once. Which is good as it means the butts are full to water the gh, but I want to play with my new gadget! Watering cans are not nearly so much fun!

I can't remember now a day with no rain since before we went away in June.

It's constant and I'm sick of it. 14c today, balls of ice falling from the sky!!!!. It's July for goodness sake. I want to be spending my evenings in the garden not the house!!!!

We had hail as well, interspersed with lots of showers. Its dry now which is good as I am putting away a load of logs and making room for a coal delivery which is arriving on Monday.

Hopefully it will be dry then.

Big dark clouds closing on - on schedule again. Sure I just heard a rumble too (and no, I have eaten).

The sun is shining here too after some torrential showers this morning, so as I have a number of things that need repotting I thought I'd get out on the patio and get on with it, but oh no, the wind is gusting God knows what speed and keeps knocking things over
