  • Oops, how did that happen???

Does anyone remember me taking on Suzi, the "old dear" kitty with liver disease? Well, after having her pts in May I did say that I would take on another oldie.

I was actually searching for the 'Cats good for stress' press releases, earlier (after reading the Daily Mash) and saw a cat forum link on Google. Well, I clicked on that, then clicked on the Cat Rescue bit...

...upshot is that I've just rattled off an email about an 18yo male with no teeth!!!!

    oopsie!

That's the problem with this internet malarkey, it's all too instant, no time to sit and think. I'm sure your new boy will be very happy that you did though. I love taking in rescues (though usually dogs), there always seems to be a special bond with a rescued animal. I hope you both have many happy times together.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Aw bless him! Will you have to feed him via a drip? . I hope you manage to make him yours, he'll have a lovely life with you.

Aaaah! That's lovely. It's so tempting and if I had more room..... it was heart breaking to leave all the older cats behind when we homed our now much loved moggie. I was pushing it though as OH reckoned he didn't like cats but he adores our Louis -gets more attention than me!!

No reply as yet, so maybe I got away with it, lol! I'm sure they'll find something to tempt me with, though!

I think it's a lovely gesture and I do remember your last adoptee. Think you're guaranteed to end up with a new addition to your family, ya big softie
