Default Looks nice!

Do you grow any veg just because they look lovely?

Red onion
purple Khol Rabi
coloured chard

I grow just to be amazed at how lovely they look! (taste good too)
but could not be without them, for their looks alone!

I am growing red onions at the moment, instead of the brown ones, mainly because I like the colour

Oh yes, I love anything pretty or a bit 'different'. Lasy year I grew rainbow chard, purple kohl rabi, Romanesco caulis (lime green) and purple carrots. This year I've got seeds for red brussel sprouts, orange cauli, purple cauli, white broccoli, multi-coloured corn, black pumpkins, pink pumpkins, yellow courgettes, purple podded peas... probably more if I looked through my seed stash!
