Mmmm, me too. And the heating on
But, I've just made 9 jars of strawberry jam & a gallon of strawberry wine with half of the 4 kilos of fruit I picked in the glorious sunshine yesterday, so I don't mind too much!

Sun one second, dark downpour the next here. Strawb wine, yum! Wanted to make elderflower but I missed 'em.

Strawberry mead....? Might have to give that a go! Although the price of honey, specially British not the imported stuff, would make it a bit expensive...

Went very dark here not so long ago - looked apocolyptic on my way home. Chucked it down, few rumbles of thunder but it's brightened up a bit now.

Lights on here too. Almost c/h weather but I'm making do with a fleece for now.

We got drenched in seconds at the school fete this afternoon, terific downpour. It was slightly compenstaed for by two of my kids winning me some booze on the bottle stall though (I'd have got three bottles but my older son looked so horrified when he saw he'd 'hooked' a bottle of beer that the lady quickly swapped it for some orange juice ).
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

I put some washing on the line earlier, as it looked bright and quite sunny. Seconds later, and it started to rain. I've just left it out now to see what happens. It's not going to dry inside either, so what the hell!

It's mad! I actually felt Christmassy a few minutes ago.

There's a gardening link there as well with the cabbages they used to pile on top of you!

I don't think Snadger actually remembers either! Everyone who was 'there' knows it was five to five!
