  • Insomniacs?!

Just browsing around, can't help but notice how many nocturnal posters there are! Are you all poor sleepers or shift workers!!

SNAP, my back has 'gone' so i am hobbling and refusing to give in to it. Going to a wedding later and staying over knowing the bed will be hard so I'll probably be worse tomorrow

actually, your new thread reminded me how well I have been sleeping through the night recently. This older thread tells a different story (frequently up and awake at 4am): http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...nia_20537.html

There are also a fair amount of people who live in various areas around the world, thus time zones come into play.

I'm sure I'm a bit of an insomniac or at the very least a night owl. Used to get all my essays done at night. Doesn't help me tho when I have to get up for work in the morning!!

I finished work at 7am this morning but as I had to get up again by 11am or there abouts I went straight to bed but sometimes I come on here before I go to bed. Other times I might be up in the middle of the night cos I cant sleep, just lately though I have been sleeping right through till the alarm goes off at 7am.
