Really irritating. BUT, I seem to recall that Comfrey can be used for breaks too, wonder if I could get a poultice on my toe?........ Oh, Duh, I'm allergic to Comfrey.

OK folks!!

....bag of fresh comfrey leaves ( or stored in a plastic bag in fridge over night).....

...chop...

...add about 1pt water ...... ( well- her liquidizer was HUGE!!!!)

...liquidise.......

....put in bowl.....

...add enough plain flour to make it thicken up.....

....slop some onto old bit of cloth- and fold up......

...make a few and stack with greaseproof paper between to help to separate.....

....stack into freezer bag- and freeze...

there you go...my good deed for the day- I've saved you 10 mins of irritation!!!!
