I thought you'd like to see the product of my labours as most of the recipes have come from the vine.
Most of the family this year will be getting a hamper full of goodies:

- - Sloe Gin - Although this might have been combined with my mum's recipe, I think it's just slightly different proportions of sloes, gin and sugar.
- - Elderberry Cordial - Made to a recipe my mum found. I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of this as I can't stand the flavour of cloves, but I'm sure those who like mulled wine will enjoy.
- - Limoncello - Made to Pigletwillie's recipe.
Jars:
- - Spitfire Sauce - Made to sewer rat's recipe.
- - Green Tomato & Red Pepper Relish - Made to a recipe I found on allrecipes.com and posted on the vine.
- - Lemon Curd - Made to wollyanna's recipe.
- - Green Tomato Ketchup - Made to Two Sheds's recipe. This is good stuff, highly recommended.
- - Lime Pickle - Made to a recipe from one of my indian cookery books and posted on the vine.
- - Lemon Pickle - Made to the same recipe as the lime pickle, but with lemons.

What a FAB present! Are you sure you aren't married? engaged? etc. etc.......................Bernie forgets herself for a second, then remembers she is happily married, and has been for 26 years..........Ollie you are the next James Martin!
