It's not just old age!! im only 27 and a few years ago i withdrew some money from my account! I remembered my card but forgot the cash!!! When I realised I rushed back to the mashine only to discover some lucky person had already found it as it had gone!!!

Loopy - my OH did that twice last year; he got a severe ticking off from me and is quite scared now but he hasn't done it since.

last week i filled my car got to the counter & could i remember my pin no could i heck!!!!had the pin number for 15 odd years!!!! whats that all about then????good job i'd releaved OH of some readys or could have been even more embarissing

I think I'm beginning to see why my Hub doesn't let me loose with cards and pins and things like that! [He trusts me with cash - occasionally!!!!]

'parently I can get cash out in the main branch in Oxford - so long as I take my passport and a statement - well blimey, my passport photo could be anyone by now and the statement could have 'come into my hands'!!

Talking of holes in the walls I always just stop short of saying thank you to the machine as the money comes out, very embarrassing in front of a queue.

Grabs phone and gasps at man in CS for him to cancel my card and get new one out to me - nice CS man does this saying card will be with you in 10 days

noooooo dentist man wants dosh and lots of it on Monday....

So with card cancelled I go to Snowdrop's wallet to get a card of his and rape his account - WHHHHATTTT is my (now dead) card doing in your wallett!!!! Oh yes, I remember you used it on 11 April to get cash for me didn't you....

typical of OH NOT to give your card back lol.............oh well at least it aint snowing!

yep - he shouldn't have gone to get cash out for me last Friday when I asked him to and having done so he should then have given me the card back - yep, he is at fault

[edit] he has just come back from the Waitrose run with two (2!!) bars of Green & Blacks - so if that isn't guilt I'm a monkeys uncle

That's guilt all right and you can also blame him when you put 2lb on eating said bars of Green & Black
