Default am i weird for thinking this is weird??
sons G/F just came round, she had just had an argument with her mum, cos she's 'hormonal and being a bitch' apparently (shes 9 months pregnant ..... her mum not the G/F) anyway, son is out helping a friends sister out, by moving some junk (she's also 9 months pregnant, think theres something in the water in Stalybridge)

anyway, Nat came in and said .... I'm in a really bad mood, can i clean your kitchen (of course i said no, and didn't let her do the pots and pass her the cillit bang for the oven, and the fridge cleaner for the fridge, or the mop and bucket or show her where the sponges are )

so is that not just the weirdest thing ever??? if i'm in a bad mood, i'm more likely to chuck the pots through the window than wash them lol...... she's lovely, but very blonde (sorry no offence to blonde's, i don't mean blonde i mean errrrrr stereotypical blonde, with big ...... actually I'll quit while I'm ahead, and put this shovel down

anyway .... it's weird.

oh that's easy, i'll go in the garden, get a speck of mud, and rub it in her face, or hide her hair extensions and make up, and not let her borrow my boots and my best clothes for fancy dress parties ...... she'll be fuming

lol none of you are having her, i have another 5 rooms to clean yet, then theres the cupboards ..... and if i can manage to not let her know theres huge spiders in the shed, i'm hoping she might do that too ...... just been in kitchen, wow it's not looked that clean for ages...... goes off to find bathroom cleaner

my destructive energy goes into dead heading flowers, pouring salt on slugs, and spraying caterpillars with chilli death spray..... i only clean when i'm in a good happy mood, cos somehow then it seems not so bad.

As she's 9 months pregnant, I'd say it's more nest-building syndrome than anger. I remember doing the same thing just before each of my four were born. The only times I've ever really done a thorough job of housework. Some sort of primeval patterning, maybe? Making sure everything is clean and safe for the new arrival?

noooo her mum is having the baby and being a hormonal bitch, Nat was just in a bad mood at her mum and wanted to clean...... gawd i'm not ready to be a granny

actually when i was 9 months pregnant i got my sister to clean, but only cos i was confined to the sofa for 3 months with high blood pressure, with the midwife coming round twice a day, and shouting that she'd send me to hospital if i'd done anything to raise it

I agree. When I am stressed or just really annoyed at something/someone I get this electic energy which I use to clean. Thankfully (although my OH is thankful) it doesn't happen too often and when it does it is short lived.
