Apparently, Nicos' explanation to Paul has helped him resolve the issue and he is working on it now.

You still having problems with it???
When you've got the advert up ( after clicking on the X) try clicking on the 'go back one page ' green arrow at the top left of the screen. That finally seemed to sort it for me after whatever Paul did.!"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

Thanks Nicos, I've clicked on the 'close' on the right, clicked the green arrow to go back one page (ad still there) then clicked on the 'close' on the left of the ad & it disappeared, problem is it's just popped back up now when I've clicked 'reply to thread'! Bloomin' heck they must be desperate for subscriptions!Into every life a little rain must fall.

Sorry to hear you're having problems, does the ad display each time you load a page? For example if you were to click on a thread does the ad show after the page has finished loading?
Please try clearing your internet browsers' cache and cookies, if you don't know the procedure to do this, please go to Tools, then Internet options and then go to delete browsing history, where it should also give you options to delete your cache and cookies. Log in again after this, and tick the remember me box. The ad will display once, but after you click close it should not display again for a month or so. Please note that pressing the back button may trigger the ad to pop back up, so if possible, try using the forum navigatio the first time round, after which you should not see it again.
Thanks
Paul
