    £5 for the year (used to be £1 not many years ago!) These plots are in rural Oxfordshire and have no facilities to speak of - I don't think there's even water available. I'm not sure if we're allowed a shed - don't seem to be any on the site, and no 'permanent' fruit trees (soft fruit is ok). Still glad to have one though as it's a 2 minute walk from my house.

      Mine are £16.00 each for the year (i've got two) and they are about 9 x 17m each.

      We have toilets and water available, you are allowed a shed but I can't afford one at the mo.

        I pay £15 a year for half a plot. The site has toilet facilities, running water and we get regular deliveries of wood chipping, compost and manure, all included in the rent. We also have a common mower and rotavator that we can use and petrol is included as well. I personally don't think it's too bad.

          £18 for a half plot; £36 for a full plot. Water tap around every 10 plots. Main grass tracks cut by council every month or so in summer. No other facilities or deliveries. Shed/greenhouses up to 6'x8' if prior permission sought.

            £28 for 250m2 = 11.2p/m2.

            Bex = 10.5p/m2

            So mine is not the cheapest?

              £2.20 per pole at our allotment (we have a 10 pole) with water taps every 6 plots. A shop with reduced seeds / netts / compost etc. Toilet. free horse poo from a local horse riding school (you need to just put your name on a list and it appears at the end of your allotment - like a the poo fairy). general machines can be used (but they ask for a small donation to go to the local hospic).

                    Ours are council run, and we pay £36 pa full price or £18 for concessions. We have water and a skip for rubbish (no bonfires allowed )
                    Not a bad price really, less than £1 per week.

                        I wish we had a poo fairy! We have to either pay £20 for a load or go and fetch for free in our car. Magic for nothing sounds wonderful.

                              The site I'm on is run by the town council and costs £35 per annum. We have water from Easter to October. We have water from spring to autumn, but no fires.
