i found loads of brownish bugs on my rhubarb leaves, they jumped / fell off when I moved the leaves, couldnt get a picture but they looked a bit like strawberry beetle. Strawberry bed next to rhubarb. Sticky stuff on stems of rhubarb.

I've just googled that and the image seems to be a brown version of the green shield bug.
