Over the last week or so everything has put on growth in a massive spurt, has everyone elses? I don't have before/after photos but put a few below showing some of the plants.

I was just thinking that yesterday- following 2 days of rain after all that lovely warm weather!
The grass is growing like crazy- and my JAs have grown over a foot in less than a week

i want beans that have gone to the end of their cane

starting to panic there my beans are only third of the way up the canes thought it was some thing i'd done wrongComment

My runners are half an half although all sown on the same date - some are at the top of the canes and some are half way and some are 3/4 of the way.
I only have 2 french beans that are climbing up out of about 12 so far but i'm not worried yet, there is still time I think!

Thanks Parsley,yes Nicos it's fantastic seeing everything almost double in size in a few days, as for the beans BK, winston, nutty, I planted those quite early as we're pretty mild climate in Cardiff and the beans themselves are well shelltered by the fence etc. Yes Nutty, the baskets do great on the GH, I think the heat given up by the GH overnight really helps the toms.
