  • Trailing Mangetout

My Mangetout (suppose it's same thing with Peas) have grown so tall, they can no longer stand, more like trailing. Sould I pot up into their final home but sink them deeper. They can be continue to stay in the unheated greenhouse and I shall watch out for the frost.

It's not good to let them touch the ground - some people say that it reduces the final yield.

You can put small sticks in the pots with the plants to support them temporarily.

I think your should harden them off asap and get them outside, protecting them with cloches etc when you plant them. I've got hardy peas ready to go out and I will give them a little cover for a while.

I also have to say... well... I think you know...

why did you sow them so early?!?
