    Sweet Cherry Tomatoes

    Hi, are sweet cherry a bush variety tomatoe?, bought some seeds out of the poundland shop a while back and they seem to be growing out rather than up with the bottom branches about 14 inches long and almost sagging on the ground. Was also wondering if it was okay to pinch the bottom branches off and re-pot them after reading the armpitted tomatoe thread.

    My tomatoes are from poundland too and doing really well!

    Said 'Sweetie' on the box (I bought a kit with the seeds and compost and propagator lid), are those the same as you bought?

    I always thought cherries were indeterminate vines....

      Same ones, rectangular pot with compost, seeds and propogator lid. They seem to be doing fine aswell, but as it was the first time growing tomatoes i wasn,t sure if this was the way they grew, kind of expecting them to be taller than they are which is about 1 1/2 foot
