Just hung some of my shallots out to dry before storing them, the wife did not appreciate it though, can`t think why!! maybe she will hang me out to dry

wrong. ipleased to see how big your shallots are because mine are also enormous this year,i was beginning to think i had done something wrong. My red shallots are all very big this. Year and the golden gourmet have all produced masses of bulbs , up to 15 on each one I planted
