  • Lidl Sunstream vine tomatoes...

...are to my mind some of the best tasting, so I bunged one in a pot and now have scores of seedlings. A little research has taught me that they were developed by Enza Zaden (me neither) but the Internet is a little coy about what kind of plants they are.. Bush? Indeterminate? Trailing? I think I'll just train and tie them up a trellis anyway but if any of you fine folk have a clue, I'd be grateful!
They're the baby ones in an aluminium tray with sachets of salt and olive oil.. Super tasty!

There are possibly more than one variety named Sunstream, Enza Zaden list it as an F1 and it looks very much like a high yielding cordon variety. They have this info on their site Sunstream F1

If indeed you are growing the Sunstream listed on their site, you may possibly have some interesting results, I'm guessing some might have multiflora trusses.

I'm growing out some similar f2 varieties this year Tomkin and Perino. Lol, now you have me wishing I'd sown some Sunstream too

Oh great thanks those are very helpful! Hoping they won't mind growing outside in Wales instead of Mexico!
