Hi all
Just wondering whether anyone has any expericence of LED growlights? I like the sound of the lower power consumption, but they do seem to be quite pricey. Can I just use normal blue and red LEDs mounted on a board?! Or would a low energy lightbulb be better?

I don't think there's a reason why you can't use blue & red LEDS mounted on a board check out info on the forum of
