Lettuce should be OK, if not nothing lost just sow more next week.
What are dwarf greens? Do you mean french beans?
A bit early. Sow some in GH to plant under cloches later.
I just sowed some in my large glass frame. I had 2 packs one by 2017 and one by 2018.
Might work, might not. I sowed all that was left, far too many.
      So either...
None will appear or they all will appear and I will be frantically thining them.

The amount of lettuce seeds you get in a packet means you can afford to play around with them.

Sow a pot with a few now, and another pot in 2 weeks, and so on. If the first sowing don't make it that's not a problem as you still have 876 seeds left.

          What type of lettuce?

As has been said no harm in putting some lettuce seed in a few pots - if the weather forecast is accurate you may be able to sow the beans too - though normally I'd advise chitting those first in the warm until the roots show, then sowing them at that point.
