And winter is here !

After yesterday's gale force winds which resulted in me lying face down among my leeks, and the snow last night, today was bitterly bitterly cold. Spent all day yesterday picking and pulling veg for 19 boxes, making up said boxes and delivering them. Funny how the wind slows you down and makes you somewhat less than keen to venture out the shed!
Today I picked the very very very last of my Paris Market carrots and my onions - those that had been missed due to groundcover (weeds ) but which are now visible as the cold weather stops weed growth in it's tracks
Graded all my onions into large (over 500g) small (less than 100g) and medium (everything inbetween). Have got 23 crates of onions left - estimated weight of 350kg.
Finalised my seed order for next year, except for potatoes - still can't quite decide but I think I'm gonna go with Lady Christl, Charlotte and Edzell Blue.
Pretty much any excuse to stay in the shed instead of venturing out to the field.
