    hanging basket seeds wanted

    I have a pack of National trust christmas tree seeds unopened. I would like to swap for a mix of seeds (Flower) for hanging baskets. Anyone want to swap? allso have butternut squash (gourd) and beetroot unopened.

      Hi, PP - I'm not going to take you up on Christmas Tree seeds (even though they would make a fine bargaining chip for Johnty Greentoes...) BUT after sowing my bedding this weekend I have some mixed petunia seeds, some elderly forget-me-nots and some marigold seeds if you would like them...

        I use a mix of six scoops of compost three scoops of sand/grit and two scoops of perlite,the quantity is unimportant as long as the ratio is the same, if for seeds I use this mix, if I am potting on I add some blood, fish and bone, along with a small quantity of chicken manure pellets
