  • Asian herb and vegetable seed suppliers

Do any of you know of a decent supplier for Asian herb and vegetable seeds? I am thinking of the following amongst others:

    Thai Basil
    Lemon Grass
    Peppercorns
    Thai Shallots

I think you will find that peppercorns will be a bit too much of a challenge in the UK. I gather they form on a tropical vine but may be proved wrong by another grape!

          G'Day RGN!

Out of interest, which varieties of sweet peppers and tomatoes did you order? Pardon my inquisitiveness; I have cat genes so am curious about everything I don't know! LOL

Bit late, but have you tried lemongrass from the supermarkets with the fresh fruit and veg? If you can get some with a bit of root on the bottom, it will grow in some fresh compost!

I tried Lemon grass a couple of times. It likes it very warm and very wet (bit like my tea). I didn't do very well with it. Far too much hassle for the lack of return. An Aussie friend who is visiting (and of course a keen gardener) reckons our climate is all wrong. I grow quite a few Asian greens though. Very easy and good old Pak choi is wonderful.
Why didn't Noah just swat those 2 greenflies?

Why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?

If you are looking for Asin veg etc you could try this Ebay seller, some interesting items in his list.
