After watching 'The edible garden' with Alys Fowler I was incensed to make some of my own nettle ale.
I couldn't find her recipe so I used Hugh FWs instead & now have 8 bottles of said beer/ale waiting to be drunk. I've got to leave it at least 4 days before swigging any.
Anybody tried any? What taste sensation am I in for?
Elderflower champagne is next on the list, am liking the sound of rhubarb vodka (mentioned elsewhere on here)
