The local 'scoop' type shop closed at the weekend and they were selling off all their herbs, spices, etc, they also had lots of dates for 50p per pound.
I couldn't resist a bargain but now what to do with them apart from Sticky Toffee Pudding? Any suggestions/recipes, I love chutneys and also have access to lots of nice apples.
