Default Help needed for a confectionary game!

    Hi,

Not sure where to put this so please feel free to move!

We will be having a team building game at our Christmas work do this year and need your help lovely people.

We are looking to make chocolates, sweets and things but due to health and safety we have no cooking facilities.

We will have bowls and hot water but not much else. Aside peppermint creams etc any ideas ?

I will buy icing sugar, ready rolled marzipan, chocolate buttercream, coconut and sprinkles etc but what to make.

    Thanks, Mandy

Nigella's Christmas pudding Truffles are really nice - you could pre-cook the pud (in microwave would be fine) as it has to be cooked and cooled to use. I made some last year and they are ever so simple.

Just a thought, best check if you have any diabetics in the team you are building. The diabetic chocs you can buy are not greatly favoured by diabetics, although they contain sweeteners instead of sugar there is still al lot of carbs in them which instantly gets converted to sugar. Nuts are a better option.
On the other hand it could be quite team building giving them the kiss of life and waving them off in the ambulance.
