                  Fortunately I don't have cockerels!
I wouldn't be without my automatic door opener. Fantastic!
Next one is mealworms. They'll do anything for a mealworm!

Glad i dont have cockerals - they sound scary, although they sound like good children deterrants! I have resorted to padlock on coop..

Flummery- mealworms - great idea, must get some!

My "riot shield" a plastic dustbin lid to ward off Trevor my Indy cockerell. Not that he is nasty, just gets a bit pecky at times.

Polly, is Trevor Mr Jones' dad?

Our Mr Jones won't attack me, but he loves to try and attack anything I walk in the field with - wheelbarrow, buckets etc. He comes galloping across with his head low and his wings spread out horizontally, trying to look fierce. He's a great character.

My most useful items are home built peck feeders. We just cap the pecker with a flower pot and bungee cord at night to prevent rodent raiding.
